By accessing or using Void Chess ("the Game"), including our website (voidchess.com) and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
Void Chess is a free-to-play chess variant game featuring unique mechanics including the Void system, unstable tiles, and the Minister piece. The Game offers single-player modes against computer opponents, local two-player mode, and online player-vs-player (PvP) matches.
When using the Game, you agree NOT to:
Void Chess uses a Void Rating (VR) system based on the ELO rating method. Your rating changes after each ranked game based on the game result and the rating difference between you and your opponent. Ratings are displayed publicly on the leaderboard.
All content in the Game, including but not limited to game mechanics, the Void system, the Minister piece, artwork, design, AI engine, sound effects, and source code, are the intellectual property of Void Chess. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account:
Upon deletion, your profile, game history, ratings, and all personal data will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for any loss of data, game progress, or rating points due to technical issues.
In no event shall Void Chess be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, game progress, or account information.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
